What to include
- Your Lumyn username (if you have one)
- What you were trying to do
- What happened vs what you expected
- Device model (e.g. iPhone 14)
- iOS version (e.g. iOS 17.3)
- Lumyn app version (e.g. 1.0)
- Screenshots or screen recording if relevant
Tip: You can find your iOS version in Settings → General → About.
Reporting Safety Concerns
If your issue relates to harassment, abusive behavior, or content that should be reviewed, please include:
- The username of the person involved
- Links or screenshots of the content
- Approximate date/time the issue occurred
Account Deletion Requests
You can delete your account from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). If you cannot access your account, email us and include the email address used to sign in.
