These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lumyn (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, or sexual content.
- You own your content, but you give us permission to host it.
- We can remove content or restrict accounts that break rules.
- You can delete your account in the app.

1. Eligibility
Lumyn is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
3. User Content
The App may allow you to post content, including reflections, comments, images, and other materials ("User Content").
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You grant Lumyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for operating and providing the App.
- You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to post it.
4. Community Rules
You agree not to use the App to post, share, or engage in content or behavior that is:
- Harassing, threatening, or abusive
- Hateful, discriminatory, or targeting protected groups
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or intended for sexual gratification
- Violent, encouraging violence, or promoting illegal activity
- Defamatory or invasive of another person's privacy
- Spam, scams, or misleading content
- Infringing intellectual property rights
5. Moderation, Enforcement, and Safety Tools
Lumyn may provide tools such as reporting and blocking. We may (but are not obligated to) review reports and take action we consider appropriate, including:
- Removing or restricting access to User Content
- Warning, limiting, suspending, or terminating accounts
- Restricting features for safety or integrity reasons
We may take action without notice where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of the App.
6. Blocking
If you block another user, the App may restrict visibility and interactions between you and that user. Blocking is intended to improve user safety and experience. Specific behavior may vary as features evolve.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices described there.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Lumyn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless permitted by law or with written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services (such as authentication, hosting, or notifications). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so for safety, security, or legal reasons.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
